Lost emails
My inbox is not holding my emails. I receive my emails, but if I don't move them to a folder they disappeared the next time I open up my email. This happens from my phone and if I open my email through the website. Has this happened to anyone before?

Do you have any devices or mail clients using POP to access your email? This would be normal behavior for a POP client as how it downloads your emails from the server inbox onto the device local storage.

Not that I'm aware of. I am a teacher so no clients. Is there a way to fix it?
