iPad and IPhone not working with Contour new update 15.4
All of a sudden IPad and IPhone aren’t working with Contour. Install of 15.4 occurred and then dreaded error message. TVAPP error message as reported before in updates a year ago. I’ve been on with Cox service and spoken with 5 different people and NO RESOLUTION. I’ve installed and uninstalled countless times. Rebooted countless times. Made sure it’s not backup countless times. Needs a fix so it will operate with 15.4

Hey, when you login the Cox website, there’s a new issue with two factor authentication, it sends you a text to confirm it’s you. If that’s turned on, it can break on the apple end. Apple needs to fix so it will work for security
