DVR recordings were wiped clean this AM. My scheduled recordings are still there, but everything recorded was gone. What happened to them?

I don’t know. I haven’t changed anything since the technician set me up last November. Last night was first time it happened. I also could not get Fox News this AM. It is recording now.

All saved listings were gone.

Set to not delete until I need to . I am currently at 1% full, because all were missing from yesterday evening. They are in my saved until I stop watching TV in evening then gone when I turn on TV in AM. Filter is set to All. Sort to most recent. This just started 2 nights ago. I don’t know how to fix it.

I never have more than 7-8% space used at anytime. I delete after I watch. There seems to be something wrong with Cox because when I search for other causes on this site, there is a window that comes up in red suggesting we watch DVR settings the same day. I pay too much for this service for this to be happening.
