Cox Homelife App
Cox Homelife App no longer allows me to use FaceID on my iphone to log on. It will use FaceID to turn the alarm on and off but not to log on. Did the app change or do I need to uninstall and reinstall? Thanks.

Hi bettinaowens. Please go into the application settings and verify that the Face ID settings is enabled. If it is, please disable and reenable it. Thanks, Lisa, Cox Support Forums Moderator
