Cox Connect app not showing wifi information

When clicking on "WiFi" from the home screen of the Cox Connect app I keep getting an error that an error has occurred. I tried via cox.com and received an error 408. 

It's been going on for a couple of weeks now. I did reboot the modem and even deleted and reinstalled the app. I was having issues with getting my data usage as well but the reinstalling the app seems to have corrected that.

Hi ShinyHappyHead. Depending on the panoramic gateway you have, you may no longer be able to use my wifi or wifi on the Cox Connect app. Instead, you need to download Cox Panoramic Wifi app which is used for the new panoramic Technicolor CG4141 gateways. My wifi and the Wifi option on the Cox Connect app aren't usable with the new gateway. Thanks, Lisa - Cox Support Forums Moderator
