COX app for Roku and Firestick

I am visiting in Florida, Satellite Beach area.  The cable company is called Spectrum.

I am watching TV on a Roku TV with a app called Spectrum TV.   My relatives told me they have had the

app for a few years.   No cable box required just the app on their TV.

When will Cox have this great feature?    They can watch everything they pay for including HBO, Showtime, etc.

with no cable box required.
