Contour App Server Error :: 3328

I noticed some comment regarding a resolution to this error, but aside from a "IP addressing/routing" comment as the solution, i am not clear on how to resolve the issue?

What steps did the tech due to resolve the issue?

Can't access Contour, but had no issues before. It worked perfectly from my ipad.
