Contour App - No CNN - PHX Market
Hello,
CNN displays just a black screen.
Android App on my phone and tablet.

I'm able to see other channels ok.

MarkW, I tried this CNN on the watchtv.cox.com for TV watching on computer and got the same as the App for CNN (#14 in SoCal). For the tv, go to the box icon on the lower rt next to the gear. Open and slide the secondary audio on. Wait for a refresh or a "attempting to resume" screen message. I got the tv to work. There are many others that didn't work for tv. See if this SAP toggle works. Also, if there is no SAP, try the Video Description slider. Wait for a Resume....let us know.
