Contour App does not work on iOS

Starting sometime in the afternoon of 10 May, the Contour App on iOS stopped recognizing that I was connected to my in-home Wifi.  This means I could not watch Live TV.  I can see the Guide, but when I select a program, the "Watch" button is grayed out and there is a message that I need to connect to my in-home wifi.

I verified that Cox Contour works fine in a web browser on PC.

I verified that Cox Contour app works fine on an Android device.

I verified that Cox Contour app does not work on either of two iOS devices.

I verified that all are connected to the same in-home wifi access point.

Update: Yes, I rebooted the cable modem during troubleshooting.

Good morning, S_K. I'm sorry to hear of your recent trouble viewing the Contour app through your iOS devices. Please check that no more than 5 devices are trying to view content through the Contour app at once within the home (3 outside of the home), make sure your location permissions are allowed in your device settings, also check that you are using iOS 13 or above for compatibility. If you have the Panoramic gateway, please check the app to ensure you are connected to your in-home network and not using mobile data. If you have tried all of these things and still cannot view live TV in the Contour app, email us at Cox.Help@cox.com. Both iOS devices are using iOS 18.4.1.  Location Services is enabled, and the Contour app is allowed to use location services when it is running.  While there are multiple devices connected to in-home wifi, only one device is running the Contour app at a time.

I have the same problem Heather but when I sent an email to mailto:cox.help@cox.com it bounced back. How do I contact you for help. On this exact issue? Michael Volpe
