Can't watch recordings on contour app
I have the Cox panoramic wifi, Cox TV with voice remote and all that, and according to multiple things online I should be able to watch recordings from the contour app but I'm not able to.The app is basically useless at this point. Other cable companies have this available but not Cox. They may say they have it but it's not.

Cox customers who subscribe to Contour with the Voice Remote can schedule, modify, and delete DVR recording through our Contour app. There is so much you can watch on the Contour app. You can watch On Demand and at the present time, content downloaded from Starz and Showtime, or any purchased content from your Contour box.
