Can't connect to https://wifi.cox.com on Amazon HD8 tablet. Screen says to use Chrome or Firefox (not applicable to tablet). Worked "forever" to find out what devices were connected prior to this problem..

Yes I have done this repeatedly.  This problem exists on multiple generations of Amazon Fire HD8 tablets (6th 7th and 8th generations).  When I launch wifi.cox.com on the Amazon tablet browser it takes me to wifi.cox.com/unsupported-browser.html.  Solution?

Hello. Are you able to access the website at cox.com directly? -Allan, Cox Support Forums Moderator.

Yes, no problem getting to cox.com on my generations of the HD 8 tablet.  I even tried cox.com/mywifi and that ended up at wifi.cox.com/unsupported-browser.html.  Fortunately https://wifi.cox.com/ still works on my Win10 laptop.

I am happy to hear that you are able to access the site. Is there anything else that we may assist you with?
