APP Management

Are there ways to do and/all of the following:

1. delete an APP (e.g. ZONE-IFY)

2.  reorder the APPs within a single grouping (eg entertainment)

3.  reorder the APP groupings (i.e. move the entertainment group of APPS to be the first group shown)
