Amazon Prime

We tried to start the 3rd season of Reacher, launching from Contour…nothing happened, then an error message came up “Oops…” but it goes away before we can read it. I tried to start the app to get the show from there, but the same occurred. Other apps work fine as always. 

Is there a resolution or perhaps just try later?  This have never happened.
