1 channel with no audio (FOX news)

A peculiar issue with the contour app and also trying to watch TV online. All channels work fine (so there is no equipment or operator error), but there is one channel that only has video but no audio. This is day 3, with multiple reboots and a few calls to tech support. The one channel happens to be FOX news.
